We deliver our products across all of Australia.

  • Handling Time: Items are typically dispatched within 3 business days of cleared payment.
  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days for your item to arrive from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to finalizing your payment.

3. Delivery Terms & Guarantees

While we aim for speedy delivery, please note that the handling and transit times are estimates. Arrival dates depend entirely on the delivery company's workload and schedules.

  • Delays: Delays may occur during high-activity periods (e.g., Christmas, Boxing Day sales) or due to natural disasters (e.g., flooding, bushfires).
  • Guaranteed Dates: If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us before purchasing to see if a priority service is available.

4. Local Pickup & Showroom Viewing

We welcome customers to visit us in person!

  • Location: You can view products or pick up your orders at our warehouse at Unit C4 / 101 Rookwood, Yagoona, NSW 2199.
  • Pickup Payment: Credit Card / PayID / Cash are available.
  • Scheduling: Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for viewing or collection.

5. International Shipping

We ship selected products to a range of international countries including New Zealand. Shipping to other countries may be available upon request.

  • International shipping is not calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Please contact us directly for a custom international delivery quote.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
