1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship to Australia.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. If you place an order after 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

Shipping within Australia

• The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

4. Standard Shipping Costs:

• Orders $0.01 to $299.99 = $15
• Orders $300 and above = Free

5. Free In-Store Pickup

Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our location at C4/101 Rookwood Rd, Yagoona NSW 2199, Australia.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
