Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return window from the date of purchase. If you have any concern with the item you’ve received, please do not hesitate to contact us within 90 days to resolve this. We look forward to resolving any issue that you may have.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. Items showing signs of misuse, improper assembly, or environmental damage are not eligible for return.
Should there be any faults with an item, pictures or a short video are usually required to allows us to quickly verify the fault and find a resolution. Should the issue persist, we will then request for the item to be returned to us.
Manufacturing Defects: Once the fault is verified as manufacturing defect, the item will be immediately exchanged or, if preferred, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This guarantee does not cover faults due to improper assembly or installation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in the user manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification and tampering, improper use or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, damage inflicted by weather and the environment, or any other kind of damage not related to the manufacturing process.

For Faulty or Defective Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Return Address: Approved returns can be mailed or brought in person to our warehouse at Unit C4 / 101 Rookwood, Yagoona, NSW, 2199.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges: For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For items originally picked up by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all exchange transit costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
