Refund policy

Welcome to JKCrafts. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the return process simple and transparent. Faulty or defective products may qualify for an exchange or refund, while change-of-mind returns is subjected to return shipping costs. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help.

1. Item Condition Requirements

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are new and unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at greigk@jkcrafts.com.au with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We provide a free, prepaid return label for all approved returns - simply download and print it once your return is approved. No restocking fees apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
